Hi, I'm Michael J Hensley
WHERE I COME FROM
I was born in Palm Beach County and have proudly called the Town of Lake Park home for over 25 years. This community has helped shape who I am and taught me the value of hard work, service, and looking out for your neighbors.
Today, I'm proud to give back to the town that gave so much to me. As a husband, father, educator, and Town Commissioner, I'm committed to keeping Lake Park a place where families can thrive, small businesses can succeed, and our community continues to grow while preserving what makes it special.
A THRIVING CAREER
For more than a decade, I've dedicated my career to serving others through education and public service. As an educator and school leader, I've had the privilege of helping students succeed, supporting teachers, and building a positive school culture where everyone feels valued.
That same passion for serving people led me to public office. As Vice Mayor of Lake Park, I work every day to improve our community by enhancing public safety, protecting our neighborhoods, investing in our parks, supporting our local small businesses, and encouraging smart, responsible growth that strengthens our town while preserving its character.
Whether I'm working with students, families, business owners, or residents, my goal has always been the same: to listen, lead with integrity, and make Lake Park an even better place to live, work, and do business.
